Have you ever looked at the world around you and hopelessly wondered, why I am here? What will I become? Where do I fit in this fast paced existence that is ever-changing? Without the answers to these basic questions, has a sense of desperation ever surmounted you? A resulting desperation that has you indulging in whatever is desirable to escape the reality of what you fear or don’t know? 

There was a period of time in human history where we were living like barbarians. We destroyed ourselves and those around us with acts of desperation. It was our Ancestral Father, our Ancestral Deity, Wsr, to bring us out of this horribly corrupt state. As our Ancestral Father, the one who made life possible for humanity, he took it upon himself as his responsibility to teach us some of the basic functionings necessary for a human being’s harmonious existence on earth. He taught us many skills including purifying ourselves, language, spiritual activities, farming and so on. It was he who gathered the 77 Commandments from the Divine World and gave them to the Neter Tehuti to then present them to humanity to assist us along our path of evolving into finer quality human beings and coming closer to the World of the Gods. Any chance we have in life came from Wsr- his efforts and sacrifice. 

Although Wsr did all of this for us, invaders and colonizers successfully erased our memories of much of this knowledge he imparted on us in the diaspora. The Prophet of the traditions recognized that this loss is the root of the desperation and devastation faced by those in the diaspora. Much like Wsr, the Prophet came to reconnect and re-teach humanity the principles, values and practices that were integral to our lives for millennia before we were colonized and led to ignorance and barbarism once again. 

I was shocked upon recognizing that a man in flesh and blood came and did what the Divine in human form did; and I am so lucky to have come upon his schools and his teachings. The Prophet embraced his destiny and sacrificed his life to reintroduce the basic foundation and fundamentals, such as the original language of humanity, spiritual activities, the Divine and Ancestral Worlds, original notions of time keeping, the Divine Code of Human Behavior/77 Commandments, the goal of a human being and the list goes on and on with resources and knowledge of great profundity and depth. From the list I have mentioned, we can see the similarities to that of what our Ancestral Neter brought to us and considering this we have to wonder, how we have been existing without these things. 

I didn’t have anything more than material possessions and political ideologies coming from a society with no values and no culture; nothing to mark my identity; a society of culture-lessness which, in essence, made me an animal. Instead of being marked by what I will not do, like my Ancestors, I was marked by what I was willing to do. I fought to be accepted and acknowledged by institutions that were built to destroy our Ancestors and promote the agenda that did the same. I fought for values and possessions that I can’t take with me when I leave this earthly life. I was moving with a continuous sense of instability and a dark cloud looming over me. For many of us, there’s a deep hole we are standing in. It is the Prophet of the traditions that has allowed for me to begin to fill that hole with those things necessary for a human being to maintain harmony with two feet planted on Earth. 

I never met the Prophet in person, but somehow I find myself dedicated to the mission he has brought forth. But it’s not just because it’s him that’s promoting the mission, it’s the history that stands behind the mission, the history of the knowledge that this mission stands upon and the history of the Prophet himself. The Prophet studied under his masters and those masters had their teachers too; teachers who studied in initiatic schools that carry legacies thousands of years old. Additionally, the Prophet himself comes from a bloodline that earned its honour and adoration back in the times of the Pharaoh when they were responsible for taking care of the spiritual aspects of the Pharaoh himself. The combination of this history contributed to the Prophet’s capacity to leave a structure and principles for all of humanity to access in order for us to reconquer ourselves and gain a level of self-mastery. Born into these desperate times and living in a nation rampant with disease, dishonesty, drugs and mass murders, I cannot say anyone before the Prophet offered me such valuable methods to dig myself out of desperation. 

How can I show gratitude to my Spiritual Father, to the Prophet of the Traditions? How does one show gratitude to someone who reguided the trajectory of her bloodline that for generations has been led astray? From what I have learned of the Prophet, the means to showing gratitude towards him is to live a life that applies our ancestral principles and knowledge and continue to use this knowledge to refine myself and guide others to do the same. A Prophet has his disciples to continue his mission once he transitions. His disciples must perpetuate the knowledge and his mission to bring dignity back to humanity where we can live in harmony with the principles of nature.
