Merch Refunds & Exchanges

Damages and issues:

If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or receive the wrong product please contact us at support@risingfirefly.org within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos clearly showing the issue so that we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

With the exception of damaged, defective or incorrect orders, all Rising Firefly products are non-returnable/non-refundable. We do not support returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. All proceeds from purchases under these circumstances will be considered a donation.
