Understanding the Evil Spirit

The Pilgrim’s Walking Stick: Understanding the Evil Spirit

The individual that is only looking for the path towards the world of the Gods and who is refusing to be made to sleep by religious ideologies and barbaric superstitions of modern society can see that nowadays humanity is only evolving from one illusion to another. The reality we can see is that while they are preaching notions of love for the other, peace with the neighbor, etc, to whoever wants to listen, this system is the one that is supporting hatred among people. Hypocrisy? It is difficult to say. This problem is a lot deeper. The Judeo- Christian doctrines inspired themselves from part of the Kemetic spiritual education. Let's take, for example, the idea of the original evil or, as they say, original sin, on which the Christian doctrine has poured so much ink and saliva. It has resulted in creating a sort of complex and the feeling of guilt inside the individual; the Kemetic spiritual education has explained that if we consider the divine world as the perfect model that the human being will try to reproduce, good can only come from a principle born from that world. There is an original principle of good that is opposed to the original principle of evil. Even in the Holy Drama Seth has killed Wst, our ancestral God, with a goal of usurping his place in the human heart. This act is difficult to be perceived as good, and every individual capable of reasoning can only see the face of evil in that. It is then very easy to see that Seth is at the origin of evil. But when our search stops at this level, we will not be able to understand why this makes Wsr the God at the origin of the principle of good.

The Judeo-Christian system only adopted this level because, from that level of the understanding of the Holy Drama, the individual will not know how to recognize the principle of good and will lack a model that will lead him to the principle of good. It is like educating a person by only telling him what he should not do; since he does not know what he should do, this can only weaken him and maintain him in a state of spiritual and moral latency, waiting for someone to point to the direction he should take. This attitude of the modern doctrines reduces the individual into a sort of latent force at the service of clergies and social structures that are deciding for him what is good and what is not. The consequence is visible; the so-called "holy wars", the killings, massacres, slavery etc., of people have become doable by the human being that, from the beginning, thinks he is in search of the favors of his God!

We should understand that when the third God of the First Trinity (Ra-Imin- Ptah) arrived, he found that the four elements (fire, air, water and matter) were already created by Ra and Imin. With these elements, Ptah decided to create two semi-divine couples. He created Wsr and Aishat and then Seth and Nebfest. The origin of the principle of good and evil is found in the choices that Wsr and Seth made. The two Gods have chosen perpetuity and eternal life. Wsr has chosen perpetuity through reincarnation and an ability to reproduce and accepted mortality, but Seth preferred perpetuity without mortality. Seth has chosen to stay himself throughout the ages, and to stay the only master with no competition, he has rejected reproduction and reincarnation.

For humans, the God Wsr has opened the doorway for our arrival on Earth. He gave us life, and his essence is directly attached to every being. Seth then understood that since Wsr has accepted death to reincarnate in us, killing him before he had a possibility to reproduce would allow the maintenance of the principle of evil. Wsr, then, is the God at the origin of the principle of good. He has accepted to die so that the human being (Heru) can be born and carry within him the spirit of the ancestral God.

There is an original principle of good beside the principle of the original evil, and the two principles cannot be mixed. Good cannot be at the origin of evil. We must understand that, in the two principles, it is the principle of evil that is the most dynamic. Evil has a tendency to expand and occupy every available space; he rides the corruption of the spirit, emotions, superstitions, faith, etc. Contrary to what the religions ridden by Seth are teaching us, good is not invincible. The principles of good are what is the most fragile in existence. Good can be destroyed. It only has the quality of resurrection. Seth has killed Wsr, but Wsr, with the help of Aishat and the other Goddesses, has resurrected even after being cut into pieces. Before Wsr decides to create another world, the Amentet, in which we will arrive after death, he has passed the torch to Heru and to every being that is working toward maintaining good on Earth.

The dynamism of Seth has no equal. He does not have a forbidden territory. The human being that refuses to think and chooses one God while rejecting other Gods is only investing himself in duels that are dividing this world. He then allows evil to become acceptable because he is convinced by the good reasons of the evil he is encouraging. If all of these religions we are observing were pursuing the good of humankind, there would never be a drop of human blood poured in their names. It is up to the individual to understand that the work toward spiritual enlightenment does not rely on the acts we lay, but on the education and the inner path that we take. There is a big difference between "being good" and "doing good". The person that is good will always do good, but even Seth can do good if it contributes to his bigger agenda to favor the expansion of evil. This is why those who claim to be masters of this world are telling us every day to do good and never talk to us about how to be good at heart. This is why, from the seventy-seven original commandments, these religions have chosen only ten that are talking about social values. Not killing, not stealing, not lying...etc does not mean one is good; even the greatest thieves, killers and liars do not commit their acts every day at every moment.

Our advancement on the path towards the Gods is what is the most important to the human being, and this necessitates intellectual honesty. Gods are more impressed by the individual that is trying to understand their nature and the nature of the divine world, than the individual that is trying to lock them in beliefs and superstitions. Faith and belief do not think; this is why they are the territories of predilections for Seth.
