Gods are perceived and approached in diverse ways. Because numerous religions have grafted onto the original spiritual system (Kemetic or Ancient Egyptian), adding what they felt was necessary to fit their purpose, borders or differences among the Gods that are being worshiped can be seen. One can easily see the hypocrisy in this prior statement already, because how can humans create borders and differences among the world of Gods, other than in their own imaginations? The ability to do that would be similar to an architect using a blueprint of the Sears Tower thousands of years from now to construct a one story building made of paper, while convincing people that it is stronger and taller than the Sears Tower itself! Depending on how powerful the one who is doing the convincing may be, and the means that are used to aid in his message, hundreds of years after that, it would not be surprising to see this small paper house become the model other architects would copy for building skyscrapers. If this sounds absurd, that's because it is. But it is this same absurdity that the world functions on now when it comes to Gods and the perception many people have of them. 

One of the most common perceptions revolves around the notion that all it takes for one to get close to his God(s) is to simply get down on his knees and pray. Christianity, for example, has done a great job in convincing their follow- ers that this is how it works. There is a Christian motto that comes to mind that goes, "A family that prays together, stays together" ". This is very interesting. There's another saying, that is specifically deeply rooted within the Black churches, that says, "Little prayer, little power, Much prayer, much power It is taught within the Christian belief that all it takes to solve your problems is to let God know what they are, ask for forgiveness, and things will be fine. Well if it is this simple, why are there so many disgusting problems going on in their churches, with most of them being caused by the clergy themselves? Wouldn't the person who is praying be considered God if it is the job of the God to whom he is praying to carry out his demands, requests and wishes? 

Many Christians have even found a way to justify their prayers not being answered or their problems not being solved by simply telling themselves that "maybe it's just not time yet" ". Let's look a little closer at this analogy. If you are helplessly addicted to drugs, and you have been praying faithfully several times a day during a five year period of being an addict, when is it the right time for your God to answer your calls for help? After you overdose and die? Even then, most followers would justify that by thinking your suffering and death was all a part of God's plan for you! And this logic continues and continues ... and continues... 

As this article is being read, there is a war going on between Muslims and Christians in many parts of the world. Both groups have such strong beliefs in their God, that they are willing to not only die for him, but also kill in his name. In this case, one cannot help but wonder, whose side is God on? If the Muslims are victorious, then they can say with assurance that God was on their side, which would mean that he was against the Christians and helped destroy them. The reality is, a God that chooses or favors a particular group of people over another does not exist. Such a God only exists in the emotions of the individual. As it is mentioned in the introduction of this article, Gods do not know borders or differences among humans. But when the spiritual blueprint has been corrupted, all of these examples given become the result attained. 

The urgency and importance of returning to the original (Kemetic) source of spirituality is more serious than words can express. By doing so, one will understand that Gods have their own world, which is free of corruption and filth. Gods have their own language. Gods have their own rankings. 

So how does one get close to Gods? The knowledge of the temples of the Nile and Niger Valleys (and the teachings of The Earth Center) teaches us that being clean physically and spiritually is a key component. It is the spirit that must be purified through a process of ablution. It is important for the reader not to confuse this form of ablutions with the form that is practiced by Muslims. Although the goal of purification is the same, the ritual itself differs, being that Muslims only acknowledge one God, which in the Kemetic culture would defeat the purpose of this sacred ceremony. Many worshippers of modern religions feel no shame in praying to their God while there is a residue of feces still on their anus! Why would a God come close to anything of that nature? One would like to think that any God would be deserving of a better approach than that in any capacity. But unfortunately, this is one of the spiritual dilemmas we see today. 

The original form of ablution comes to solve this issue of spiritual dirtiness. It ensures that all parts of the body, inside and outside, are pure enough for Gods to give some consideration to the human that is making the effort to get closer to their world. The Kemetic method of ablution cleanses the body and spirit in the names of not only the original ancestral deities, but also the four elements (fire, air, wind and earth), which, in reality, are deities that are to be called upon by their names in the same manner. 

The reader should be aware that many deities are known and recognized by many names, depending on the respective culture. But what is being discussed here is purely Kemetic, the original model of all forms of spirituality that exists. This is the direct knowledge of the unified forms of the temples of Thebes, Memphis and Abydos. The ritual of ablution being discussed here is the same exact ritual that was performed before and during the Pharoanic period until today by those that have been initiated in the same mystery school system as the Pharoahs and their priests. This knowledge has been protected and kept intact since ancient times. When it comes to Kemetic spirituality, faith and belief is not a part of the paradigm, unlike modem religions of the world today. 

Now that we have touched on one aspect of accessing the divine world through the purification process, let's move to another aspect that is equally important: communication. The original tongue that Gods gave to humanity (Medu Re Unkmt or the language labeled as the hieroglyphs by the Greeks), served a much bigger purpose than just to allow humans to communicate with each other. This is a tongue that the Gods (Neteru) understands coming from a human. When a God chooses to manifest itself through a human that is pure enough to fit the body of that God, this is the tongue that allows humanity to understand the message that God wishes to convey. It is the oldest language in the world, and the original tongue of mankind During the colonization of the world, all other languages were born from the Medu. Medu is still spoken by indigenous tribes throughout present day Africa. 

The Medu, in its original form, is an initiatic language. Although there are hundreds, maybe thousands, of books that have been published on this ancient language and its writings, the inaccuracies are clearly noticeable by anyone who has been initiated within the authentic mystery school system of Africa. By learning this ancient tongue, it allows one to send his prayers directly to the Gods in the language they understand. Gods do not speak English, French, Arabic, etc. Through the use of the Medu, powerful spells can be activated if it is spoken properly and with the correct intonation. This is why it is reserved only for initiates. The initiates are educated to adopt the paradigm and values that will not allow them to abuse or corrupt this sacred speech. There is an immense responsibility that comes with this privileged ability and only an authentic Kemetic priest has the knowledge and the authority to teach the correct form of the Medu. These priests rarely come out of the African bush, and as of today there is only one authentic Kemetic/Dogon high priest that has been commissioned by the elders to teach this knowledge outside of the African initiation camps. His name is Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, the director of The Earth Center and the publisher of the magazine you are reading now. For clarity, Dogon high priests of West Africa are considered the keepers and protectors of the ancient Kemetic knowledge (more information on the Dogon will appear in a future issue. With the Medu Neteru (language of Gods) serving as a direct link in communicating with the divine world, what if one cannot speak it? Does that mean he is cut off from God(s)? The answer is no. This is where another vital aspect of gaining access to the world of Gods comes in - the role of the ancestors. We will explore what their roles are and how important they are in directly affecting human destiny in our next issue, as we continue our quest in search of the Gods.
