Prophet Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, Dogon High Priest and founder of The Earth Center, came to Maanu (the Americas) to reawaken the sleeping spirit of the Kemetic diaspora. Prophet Neb Naba was the only Initiatic Priest elected by the Kemetic Royalty to travel the globe in order to reconnect all humanity to our Ancestral roots. He traveled across the world to over 120 countries to help preserve and teach the sacred principles of Kemet. From the Medu language (humanity’s first language), he translated the original 77 Commandments, the Sidereal Calendar (most astronomically correct keeper of time) and the Mandala of Denderah (original map of the sky) into English and presented them to the modern world.
At the young age of 8 years old, he began initiation and over time excelled beyond the level of his Masters. In modern culture, where politics reign supreme, people’s successes are partially based on their ability to sabotage others as they rise. Contrary to this behavior, the Masters of traditional cultures groom their initiates expecting them to one day surpass themselves. They celebrate when this happens. This attitude reveals the greatness of every Master that preceded Prophet Neb Naba. A triumph for all of those who contributed to his development, his work brought Kemetic initiation from the bush of Western Meritah (Africa) and is now exposed to anyone who is honestly searching for the answers to life’s questions -- questions modern society has failed to answer for the last 2,000 years.
Since Prophet Neb Naba began his work in Maanu in 1998, The Earth Center has grown from one location in Chicago, Illinois to eight locations throughout three different countries. In Heb Senseni year 407 (2008 of the Gregorian year), our beloved Prophet made his transition to Imentet (World of the Dead). It is clear that the Prophet did not fail in his mission to bring light to those of us who were stranded in the world’s enslaved societies, those of us who were not conscious of the Divine World (Kemetic Gods) and of the brilliance of the education coming from the Kemetic paradigm.
Prior to the forces of colonialism now dominating our perspective, much of humanity lived according to the Kemetic paradigm. In Kemetic society, each individual contribution was valued as a part of the whole. Whether Pharaohs or Kings, priests or healers, farmers or merchants, blacksmiths or seamstresses, elders or youth, etc., all played a significant role in the composition and stability of the original social structure. Each individual was educated with the understanding of humanity’s goal of achieving Divine qualities.
Kem people are obsessed with the Divine World, and consequently the rest of the world acknowledges that Kemetic culture is the light of humanity as it has produced the most spiritually advanced system ever known. This fact still fascinates mankind, and Kemetic secrets remain an enigma as museums all over the world hold hostage the treasures of this great civilization. This culture was held intact by individuals of value who all shared the goals of achieving purity, entering the favor of Gods, and harmonizing with nature. Adhering to Divine principles is what defines the boundaries of what we consider good and what we consider evil; it is what separates the pure from the corrupt and the enlightened from the ignorant. The possibility of favor and respect from the Divine World inspires the Kem to perfect his/ her life. It motivates him/her to learn the self disciplines necessary to achieve this goal.
Modern culture’s refusal to acknowledge Kemetic civilization as the most stable human civilization the world has ever been exposed to has misled humanity and directed us in pursuit of new destructive goals. While modern technology is busy building drones and researching the process of aging whiskey in outer space, our basic human intelligence is spiraling downhill very quickly. In abandoning our Ancestral goals where we patterned our steps after the Gods, we have introduced concepts foreign to the Divine World. These new ideas have become a threat to our own survival. By attempting to recreate civilization according to personal ambitions of control and manipulation, modern scientists are seeking to be recognized and glorified for their contributions. This should be alarming to a world that is dying from radiation, massive waste, new diseases, harmful weaponry, chemical spills, pharmaceuticals, etc. It should be frightening when we consider that less than 10% of the world’s population makes life decisions for the rest of us. These leaders are directing us towards a destiny that has no future.
Though we each have a teacher, mentor or master who leads us towards the goals we have set to achieve, the direction our modern world/teachers/heroes/politicians are taking us is to- wards destruction. What will we do about it? Where else do we go? These are legitimate questions that we must ask ourselves if we are to find the solution to our problems. The colonizer has given us the illusion that he owns human life. He encourages us to disconnect from our Ancestral way of life. He has stripped us away from our homeland and made a comfortable bed for us to sleep. When the moment comes that we awaken, when we rub our eyes of the sleep that has closed them shut, we will have no choice but to observe the dirt and mud we are lying in -- the state of ruin we have become a part of. Who will drown in this sinking ship? Those who wake up will abandon ship for a lifeboat, a log, or anything that will help them stay afloat while they look for a lighthouse that will guide them back to shore.
The M’TAM initiation is humanity’s lighthouse. We can use its light to return to our Ancestral culture. However, it is our own individual effort that will save each of us from this sea of barbarism. Every individual/initiate must be an active participant in their own destiny, no matter how hopeless the situation may seem. As the Prophet explained to one of his initiates, “If you find yourself in the middle of the ocean and you can’t see land, even if you are getting tired, do you really have the option to stop? All you can do is keep swimming.” If we do not want to be destroyed or to destroy ourselves, we must keep working until we are back onto stable grounds.
The Earth Center is proud to acknowledge the graduations of six more generations of M’TAM initiates from the past period. These initiates have worked hard towards their survival and to- wards reclaiming their identity and destiny. In the name of the Prophet, we congratulate the Kazimeti (Listening/Adhering spirit) generation of the Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso school. This generation consists of three initiates, Marsaa or “the God Saa is pleased” (previously Patrick Berehoudougou), Nebiyah or “protector of the legacy” (previously Goula Naba), and Henenwt “to submit to the Goddess Nwt” (previously Zato Ourogbele Akim).
Congratulations to the Wasseker (Staff of the God Seker) generation of the Chicago, Illinois school. This generation consisted of one steadfast member: Meramsu or “brave of the God Amsu/ Min” (previously Robert Holloway IV). Congratulations to the Menihepou (Enforcer of the rules) generation of the San Diego, California school. This generation also consists of just one persevering initiate: Pehka or “upright spirit” (formerly Sheritah Williams). Congratulations to the Nejitef (Defender of the Father) generation of the Brooklyn, New York school. It also consists of one lone member: Hatikaheru or “manifestation of the spirit of Heru” (formerly David Marulanda). Congratulations to the Debasah (to reclaim dignity) generation of the Chicago, Illinois school who graduated with four members: Bouziry or “place of Wsr” (formerly Kwame Jordan), Deneebah or “distributor of the harvest” (formerly Patricia Jordan), Jiziribtah or “holy heart of Earth” (formerly Belinda Woods) and Zoahib or “pay attention” (formerly Idris Osei-Agyeman); and to the Washhek (to adore the God Hek) generation of the Charleston, West Virginia school. This generation graduated with one initiate Saqhau or “one who brings people together” (formerly Mbuulih Tayoba Ngenge). This list of initiates is a testament to the difficult task before us. This period saw the graduation of four generations with just one member to persevere through the challenges of initiation.
Those who have the courage to enter through the doors of initiation will find their Ancestral traditions waiting to be reclaimed. Sure, the physical territories of Kemet have been abandoned, but the value of Kemet is still alive in the minds and hearts of Kem people. Inside our minds and hearts is where we find our true wealth. Every Kem recognizes that his or her identity is worth their greatest sacrifice. However, the road to quality is a very arduous climb. Distractions come in many forms, and we must carry the fortitude not to allow our focus to divert from humanity’s true goal. No matter how fancy modern technology has become, these objects will never be great enough to replace the excellence that Kemet has already discovered.
In honor of our Master, Prophet Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, may every person to whom he has shown the path of the Kem, visit an Earth Center location on the upcoming anniversary of his death, Heb Senseni 15th (Wednesday, July 22nd, of the Gregorian year 2015). We will meditate and direct our wishes towards his spirit. Our lives must honor him by shining the light that he brought us. Then those swimming near us will be able to see much clearer ahead.
