Ninika - Human Being’s Best Friend
Herbal Healing: Ninika - Human Being’s Best Friend
One key to a long life is cleansing. Today, you can see several different ways in which people have acknowledged this fact. From juice cleanses to colon cleanses to master cleanses, cleansing has taken the health community by storm as more and more people realize the benefits of it. Cleansing is necessary for the human being because over time the body absorbs different harmful substances into it from the substances that we put on our bodies, the foods that we eat, and the air that we breathe on a day-to-day basis. For example, the chemicals in perfumes and deodorants that we use are absorbed into the skin and head directly for the spleen; the liver will take whatever excess amounts of sugar that we eat that is too much for it to process and will dump it into the bloodstream; and one-third of the air that we breathe through our nose goes directly to the brain. The cleansing of the blood is perhaps the most important type of cleansing that one can do for their body. The blood is what carries nutrients throughout the body, carries waste out of the body, and distributes cells necessary for fighting disease. Considering these roles that the blood has, it is only natural that we would want to maintain the blood and keep it as clean and healthy as possible. If not, a buildup of toxins in the blood can contribute to varicose veins, high blood pressure, and infection. Whenever the blood is polluted normally these things are eliminated from the bloodstream through respiration. However, when the amount of pollution in the bloodstream becomes greater than the amount that can be expelled through respiration, the purity of the body is affected and other organs end up working harder to assist (such as the kidneys and the liver). Ninika is the most effective way to deal with these pollutants.
WHAT IS NINIKA?
Ninika is a mixture of five plants harvested in the tropical regions of Meritah (Africa) that are grown all-naturally without chemicals or pesticides. Ninika doesn’t contain any animal derivatives, fillers, sugar, starch, salt, or artificial additives. It has been used as a blood cleanser for over 3,000 years. The Tem people of western Meritah are the earliest known tribe to have learned and used the recipe. The Tem people hold the secret to the Ninika recipe.
In Meritah, the Tem people are well-known for their ability to heal ailments of the human body, and considering that cleansing of the blood is a very important basic aspect of health, “you can’t stop a Tem healer and he don’t have Ninika in his bag,” explained Iritah Shenmira, a Traditional Tem healer from Togo. “[Ninika is] A medicine that is good for anything that has to do with the blood and cells. Meaning, no matter what’s going on with the body you can use it, internally and externally.”
Ninika was first introduced to the modern world in 1998 by Master Healer Prophet Neb Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, providing people in these societies the opportunity to benefit from the powerful medicine.
Even the name “Ninika” comes from an issue that it is very effective at treating: tumors. “In Tem [language] the word Ninika is synonymous with the word ‘tumor,’ the healer explained. “When the blood is poisoned, the body will create tumors around the poison. You can apply Ninika topically to the area where the tumor is and it will draw the tumor out of the body through the skin. The word Ninika is also a combination of Medu (Egyptian Hiero- glyphics) words “nini” (welcome) and “ka” (spirit). It’s like when you take it the body is thanking you for the medicine.”
HOW DO YOU USE NINIKA? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Ninika can be taken in a couple of different ways. As mentioned earlier, it can be applied topically to draw tumors out of the body. This is usually if the illness is localized, like a tumor or a boil. In this case the herb is ground up, mixed with water or shea butter, and then applied to the skin as a poultice. The herb absorbs sick cells and a boil forms. The sick cells are eliminated from the body when the boil breaks. Ninika can also be taken as a tea. In this form the five different plants and additional/the spices are all formed into a small ball. You then put the ball in a pot of water, boil it, and drink two cups of the tea every day. When the medicine reaches the bloodstream it absorbs any dead or sick cells and then is simply eliminated through the urine and stool. Ninika is also offered in a capsule form. In this case you would take one capsule with a full glass of water twice a day. The capsule form works in the same way as the tea form of the medicine (Ankhkasta Natural Healing provides Ninika capsules using vegetable-based capsules).
As a standard, it is recommended that two doses of Ninika (two balls or one bottle of capsules) be taken annually.
Although cleansing is gaining increased attention from the health community today, people have been cleansing their bodies for many thousands of years, especially the blood. For those of us living in urban cities where we breathe in large amounts of pollution and eat industrialized food on a regular basis it is necessary that we have a means of regularly cleansing the blood. If not, the toxins in the blood can lead to greater illnesses, including high blood pressure, tumors, diabetes, and cancer. By cleansing we can give ourselves a greater chance at living a longer, healthier life.
