MTAM Meditation

Lately, I have noticed that more people are becoming aware of the importance of nurturing and enhancing their spirituality. Many people are acknowledging the fact that it takes more than simply kneeling and praying to achieve balance and harmony within one's spirit. Those who introduced modern religions to the world knew this as well. But in order for their plan of indoctrination to be successful, they had to deviate from the norm and "create" their own methods to fit their purpose. Personally, I don't know any modern religious establishment that teaches their followers how to properly meditate. Maybe those establishments think that it's not important. But if one will honestly search, he will find that all ancient spiritual practices involved many levels of meditation. It came as part of the package in completing one's effort in attaining a well-rounded spiritual existence.

Being a student of the M'TAM Ka'at Ibi Meditation techniques

Allows me to understand the origins of all meditation practices that exist and the reasons why they exist. In learning and practicing the most ancient form of meditation, I was surprised to learn the true reason we meditate. Many people meditate for different reasons, such as peace, relaxation, awareness, therapy, etc. In reality, these are not the principle reasons meditation was introduced to the world, although all of these states of being can be attained from it. Many practitioners that are locked into a specific idea or belief will be shocked as to why we truly meditate.

At The Earth Center, we learn the same uncorrupted techniques as the Pharaohs and their priests practiced thousands of years ago. All meditation techniques have their origins within the ancient Kemetic civilization regardless of their geographical location.

This is a fact. Applying these techniques brings instant results to the practitioner because of their nature and origin.

This is said not to discredit other forms of meditation, but to give the reader some insight on meditation in its original state. The mantras spoken and the positions taken in M'TAM meditation allow one to be everywhere at the same time, but with an awareness of the self within cosmic dimensions. In Ka'at Ibi, we focus on working with our brain and exercising its capabilities. One may be surprised at what the brain can achieve by stimulast ains parts of it, allowing a smooth flow of blood to reach areas that are usually closed off.

In Ka'at Ibi, we also learn the art of purification of the self and our surroundings (people, places, and things). Certain words must be used on the right tone, and actions certain must be performed at the right time in order to activate what is being sought. These

words are spoken in the Kemetic language (Medu hieroglyphs). Or because of the authenticity of this language, the results will be totally different if spoken in any other tongue. So actually, the advantage comes when one already familiar with speaking Medu, which we learn in a separate class. I would not recommend reading books to learn the language, as many so-called scholars do. There are many inaccuracies, considering that the Medu is very complex - far too complex to leam and master by removed research alone.

The Medu is a very sacred language, and at The Earth Center, we are taught by an initiated Kemetic priest, which makes a world of difference. It is important to keep in mind that many people who call themselves priests and priestesses did not go through the original initiations as the Pharaohs and their priests. In ancient times, one could only be considered a priest if there were no problem he could not solve. This fact alone exposes the corruption of our modern society. If a so-called priest is not authentic, then, in reality, he is no more powerful than the average person on the street who has a huge imagination. Students of M'TAM spot them often. Humility allows us to remain silent in the faces of the phony.

Another Ka'at Ibi Meditation class will start soon. Classes are currently held in Chicago and New York, and will soon be coming to the Los Angeles area. Contact The Earth Center at 773-722-1528 for additional information.
