The Importance Paradigm Of A Shift: An Excerpt From A Lecture Given by Spiritual Master
Our goal at The Earth Center can be symbolized with the ankh: life that transcends death. This is the goal. We are tired of dying... the most important things is ones survival as a spiritual being. That is our goal, and the spiritual knowledge given by the M'TAM Initiation is what will guarantee this spiritual survival.
The problem that people have here is that they have been raised through faith and belief. You think that if you chant or pray to your God that he will give you something. But these are things that this society has put on your path to distract you. They know that it will take your entire life to realize that it doesn't work..it will take your entire life to find yourself. So, while you are caught in this distraction, society uses your strength; society will exploit you. If one spends his time understanding how energy works and getting the real education, then society would not be able to manipulate or exploit you. So, they give people an easier way: close your eyes and pray for five or ten minutes... as long as you do the job they expect from you, they are happy, because they don't care about your survival.
There is a very old saying that you never bathe twice in the Nile. The next time you come to the river, either you have changed or the Nile has changed: the water you bathed in yesterday is gone, so it is not the same Nile! Life is like the Nile - everything is transforming.
The very first world war happened long before European governments decided to go after someone else and call it a world war. One should take the story of the first world war very seriously because it will be with you for the rest of your life. It is a true story and is found in one of the highest spiritual writings.
The God Wsr, renamed Osiris by the Greeks, lived as a human being and is what we call the original ancestor, In one of his human lives, he was the most loved person on Earth. Then one day he died.
After he died, the rich people wanted to bury his body on their side of town. The poor people, however, said "No!" because they also wanted to bury Wsr on their side of town. Other cities complained, because they wanted Wsr buried in their city! Entire regions complained because they did understand why he should be buried in any other region besides theirs. Before the world realized, it degenerated to one area of a city against another, to one region against another region, to the upper lands against the lower lands... and thus, the very first world war began. The northern hemisphere fought the southern hemisphere for the right to bury Wst's body in their lands. A lot of people died.
They finally came up with a solution - they decided to cut Wsr into two: one part for the upper lands and one part for the lower lands. So, Wst's body was cut in half and each side took their piece. But then, another problem arose: which city to bury the piece! The war went from a regional war to a city-against-city war, until the day they decided to cut Wr's body into pieces for each city.
Once the piece of Wsr got into each city, the problem of where in the city it should be buried surfaced. Why should one neighborhood benefit from Wsr being buried in it and not another? So again, they solved it by cutting their piece into even more pieces, so that each neighborhood could get a piece of Wst's body to bury.
But the problem was still not solved. People still complained because "Why should Wsr be buried close to your house and not mine?" So, they solved this problem by burying it in a common place of the neighborhood - one in which everyone had access. This is what gave birth to fountains and monuments in public places that we see today. Now, however, the monument is now taken out of context and is just erected anywhere, but it did not start like this.
Wsr, a God in human form, was able to make himself loved by the entire humanity to the point that the world went to war just to have a piece of Wsr's flesh buried in their place!
Compare this with other religions. 2000 years ago, religions started coming up and they were telling us that their prophets or Gods were ones of love. Yet, the same God that they called a God of love apparently could not succeed in getting himself loved! Jesus ended up on the cross! And it is not because people then were worse than people are now - people are the same. Muhammad had to run from Mecca to Madrid to build an army so he could come and attack Mecca to establish his religion! Apparently they could not succeed in getting themselves loved, and if you are not loved, how can you teach us how to love each other? When you are brought up in a faith, it is difficult to accept these realities, but it is true. It is very easy to get someone to hate you, but it is difficult to make them love you. So how can someone who is not loved himself teach anyone anything about love? He simply can't!
The God Wsr first lived dealing with humans because he is the top ancestral spirit. There are different kinds of Gods: creator Gods that were self-created and Gods that create but were created. Wsr is a God who creates but who himself was created. (It is by following the example of these Gods that we can have a child who will have a child). On Earth, there are two categories of Gods that we identify as human. They are the Earthly Gods and the Gods of the sky. All of this creation honors the original creators.
Wsr once asked humanity what our goal in life was. We told him that we wanted to be like Gods, to have a perfect world like the Gods, to be perfect people and to be able to have and do what Gods can do.
Wsr gave us a list of seventy- seven commandments so that we would have a guide to follow so that we can reach our goal. He told us that if we follow all of the commandments, we will have access to his Kingdom. After receiving the commandments, our lives changed for the better. If the commandments are not there, your brother and sister are nothing but reserves of meat. Now we feel repulsed at the idea of eating another human being, and this repulsion did not come from nowhere! It came from this original story and it is one of the commandments. You don't do to your brother or sister what you feel may hurt you if somebody did it to you.
After we were given the commandments, people then could decide which way they wanted to go. That is why we call Wsr the creator of human civilization. He told us that if we followed the commandments, we would gain access to his Kingdom after death. We also would enjoy the luxury of seeing our neighbors, brothers and sisters as something more than just walking prey to catch and eat. People decided that they needed to be good and wanted the chance to enjoy each other. People want to see their brother and be able to turn their back, not worrying that he might stab them.
Then a social problem developed, because those who have to deal with all of these things were village people, who had no money. Wsr had sympathy for these people and decided that they did not need to be judged when they died; he would just send them through to the Duat and Amentet. At first the poor people were happy because they did not have to worry and watch themselves. With time, a problem arose, however: they didn't get to see Wsr's face! They never had a chance to see him or hear his voice! They never had him decide their fate! This was such a problem for them that they decided to ask Wsr if they, too, can be judged.
"What, you want to be judged? You want to take the risk of going to a bad place and not my Kingdom after death?" Wsr asked them. They all said yes. Yes, because Wsr is so full of love, that even having to have him decide their fate was an honor! Just for the honor of Wsr deciding whether one goes to heaven or hell, humans wanted to be judged. Wsr agreed, and humanity celebrated for years.
We must set the right paradigm for spiritual growth. If we don't set a paradigm, and we are here with only faith, spiritual growth will not work! I cannot stop stressing that we are not going from faith. We must reconsider most of the positions that we've been in or have been taking, and slowly we will begin using our brain. But the paradigm must be changed. If you don't do it now, you will have to do it in your next life.
The concept of transformation is vital. What does not transform does not exist. Existence exists because it transforms itself. The God of transformation, Khepra, is vital. Even Gods that created themselves say that they Khepra themselves - they transform, or they become. To exist is to become. If you don't become, you don't exist. You have to have a history.
When the brain stops becoming, you don't need to exist. You will fall into the self-destruction cycle, and the biggest symptom is looking for fun. "If I am having fun, then everything is okay." But having fun is just an emotion and a sensation. What does it have to do with our goals of coming close to the divine world? For those who are interested in the spiritual life, there is one thing you have to worry about: corruption. The search for pleasure. Religions come in as a corruption of spirituality. Spirituality went from the hardship of thinking, memorizing, learning sounds and words, etc., into just believing that your God will do everything.
Here, we are educated that everything that needs effort is not worth doing. How, then, will we get better? How will we reach the perfect model? Can you compare food you buy in the drive-through with a home cooked meal? You can see that the home cooked meal needs a lot of work. That's how you get quality. A spiritual world does not look like entertainment. There are still people out there...there are seeds planted by Wsr - people that have the intuitive feeling that something is not right, that what they are teaching us is not right..they might not know what is not right, but they have the intuition that they need better.
Ideas are like clothes. Will you wear the same clothes your whole life, from childhood to old age? No - you have to put the old things behind. You need to put the old behind and get ready for the journey. It will be a mistake to put your faith in front because it will fool you. Khepra...transformation...becoming.
